Tanya has over 15 years of experience managing complex motorsport and mobility projects on all continents.

She works with a large number of motorsport governing bodies, assisting with development and implementation of their organizational transformation strategies, digitization, preparation and delivery of flagship events.

She was involved in the delivery of the sporting element of the Abu Dhabi and Russian Formula 1 Grand Prix.
